Arrive, settle in, and step into an open, relaxed, shared space.
10:30–10:45 AM — Connections
Warm, fast-bonding introductions.
11:00 AM–12:30 PM — Breathwork & Integration
A deep reset to clear the mind, open the body, and create presence for the day.

 

12:30–1:15 PM — Lunch

 

1:15–2:15 PM — Who Am I Becoming?
Where am I going? What does my life and my work want to grow? A soulful, authentic group discussion
2:15–3:30 PM — Small-Circle Business Conversations
Sharing insights, tips, struggles, and encouragement around what you’re building.
3:30–4:00 PM — Transition to Self-Care
4:00–5:30 PM — Pool, Swimming, Lounge & Somatic Movement
Relax, connect, and enjoy spacious, nourishing time together.
5:30–6:00 PM — Closing Circle
