THE FOUNDER
Meet Rivka Malka

Before Rivka trained as a coach, she ran a Jewish outreach organization on passion and instinct. She led with her whole heart, and she still missed moments that mattered.
She remembers one Passover when a young guest stood up to leave before the singing began. Rivka pressed her to stay. The young woman left anyway, and their relationship was never quite the same.
Coaching changed how Rivka shows up for people. It taught her to honor the wisdom inside every person instead of pushing her own. It also gave her a language for her own healing that she'd never found anywhere else. She started training other women so they could have the same thing, and 13 rounds later, that's still why she teaches.

That's how Rivka opens every round, because she believes G-d sees something great in every woman who walks in.

Live on Zoom
Mondays, 1:00 to 3:30 pm ET.
Learn, practice, coach
Every class, you learn a skill, practice it, then coach and get coached for 30 minutes each.
Sunday In-Depths
6 Sundays, 11:00 am to 3:30 pm ET. Experiential deep dives on the topics that change lives.
Lessons on demand
Prerecorded skill lessons and coaching demos to review anytime.
Personal attention

Phase 1: Foundations
Learn the Call Forth Framework one skill at a time. Coach your classmates every week, and begin your own inner work.
Months 3 and 4
Phase 2: Deepen
Sunday In-Depths on forgiveness, life mission, boundaries, relationships, and business and marketing. Start coaching clients outside the school.

Supervision and mentor coaching, real client hours, and a final assessment where you coach someone you've never met.
