What you will learn in this class!
During this 6 week course, you will learn the 5 core areas that are the hallmark of a healthy mature adult.
yourself regardless of what’s going on in your life.
yourself with both internal and external boundaries.
yourself and learn how to be vulnerably appropriate with others and while also being accountable.
yourself and communicate your needs and wants through healthy interdependence.
all aspects of yourself and live a more balanced, wholesome and spirited life.

In this class, we will learn about Codependency/ Emotional Immaturity, as we explore the nature of a child, and the 5 core issues that happen as a result of emotional neglect in one's childhood. We will look at how the core issues happen on a continuum, and how they show up in day-to-day lives and relationships. We will further elaborate on why, despite being a physically mature adult, you may experience times when you are being driven by your younger self. We will learn reparenting strategies on how to take back control and get back into the driver’s seat of your life.

In this class, we will explore the concept of inherent self-worth and what gets in the way of really feeling and owning our value. We will look at how self-esteem happens on a continuum, by either going one-up or one-down from others, and what it takes to esteem ourselves from within (as opposed to attribute or other esteem), so we can feel secure in our sense of self and know we matter regardless of what’s happening to and around us.

In this class, we will look at the definition of boundaries (that can be life saving at times!) in a whole new light and learn how to implement a practical day-to-day system on how to contain and protect ourselves, using both internal and external boundaries, and we will demonstrate how to apply them through listening and talking while interacting with others.

In this class, we will talk about REALLY knowing who we are and expressing ourselves in a grounded and relationally respectful way. We will expound on what it means to be in touch with and experience our complete sense of self and how to interact with the world around us using that information, bringing a newfound understanding of what it means to be human (not perfect) and “live in reality”.

In this class, we will talk about self care beyond the daily checklist of things to do for yourself. We will learn to listen to your body more and tend to yourself more lovingly, while exploring the needs from the perspective of your inner child and what she didn’t receive, so we can go back in time and reparent her from the inside out. From this class, we’ll see how anything less than nurturing in our childhoods stunted our growth and how it’s never too late to be the mother to ourselves that we wish we had. We’ll also explore the importance of “wants” and how they give us a sense of abundance, hope and joy.

In this final class, and culmination of the core issues, we will focus on the importance of being spontaneous (get in touch with that carefree little girl inside) and alive while being contained and moderate. We will learn how to honor ourselves and our energy by moving away from drama and intensity toward a more balanced and wholesome life.

“Your course is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!!!!!! completely transformative
I’ve probably spent over $100k on healing over the past 20+ years and this is just touching me in such a deep way, I’m blown away! …It’s tying a lot of things together for me…you have a way of saying it where it really lands to the core in a way I've never gotten before…This is after years and years of trying many different modalities… The more I integrate, the more mind boggling it is. I want to do it again and again. I think everyone should be doing this course. My mother was here and asked ‘How do you not look down at people?’ and I began explaining your course and everyone at the Shabbos table was blown away. I don’t know why we don’t learn this in school?! It’s like survival skills! Thank you so much!”
