Meet Rivka Malka
Ā About a decade ago, IĀ directed a Jewish Outreach organization. But so much of what I'd learned about mentorship focused on teaching and guiding. I wanted to help people experience deep, lasting transformation.
If you've ever wantedĀ to reach people more deeply,Ā you're not alone. I really get it.Ā
So I decided to train as a coach.
From day one, its power and beauty blew me away. Instead of guiding people from the outside, I was learning to help them transform from the inside out.
I remember thinking, I wish I'd known this years ago. Imagine if every teacher, mentor, and leader had these skills.
Around that time, I was also going through a profound period of personal healing. I immersed myself in learning somatic work, mindfulness, spiritual principles, inner child work, and restorative healing.
Combined with the powerful coaching techniques I'd learned, this inner work literally took my life from darkness to light.Ā And I knew that what transformed my life could transform the lives of other women,
I knew those blessings were meant to be shared. And that's how The School of Coaching & Transformation was born.
I've watched thousands of women transform and grow through these skills. Every one of them is awesome, and I'm forever grateful to serveĀ in this way.Ā

Start coaching clients outside the school. Certification Track students also join the Sunday In-Depths on forgiveness, life mission, boundaries, relationships, and business and marketing.Ā Core Training graduates here.
Months 5 and 6 | Certification Track
Phase 3: Mastery
Supervision and mentor coaching, real client hours, and a final assessment where you coach someone you've never met.
